Christ for the world church as founded in 1984 by Bobby Hogan. With now 3 locations and a world outreach program, this little church building became too small and was vacated in the late 2000s. Most of everything has been stripped out by thieves / vandals, but there are a few architectural details left on the exterior that shows a time of yesteryear. Churches can be seen as a happy place or a safe space, however, seeing churches left neglected can you feeling empty and curious as to what happened. Even though this congregation moved, what’s left of this Christ for the World location is no different. It’s been partially demolished and the rest of the building will soon follow suit. This chapter of the church will be lost with time.

It was actually abandoned recently. My grandmother had attended that church but then when the church figured out that the youth pastor was molesting kids the church fell apart
