Many people buy this type of products in cheap rate that already in use. According to me it's good approach because you get products in good conditions and also have cheap rates as well.
I was taking photos yesterday with my brother and sister when we ran across this place. It looks like a few things inside have disappeared and the roof has collapsed in places since these pictures were taken. If you want to see how it has changed, I uploaded some pictures to https://www.flickr.com/photos/jeffamann/sets/7215….
Fantastic photos!
Jeff, your photos turned out great! I can't wait to get to work on some of mine, although I know they won't compare well to yours! Had a blast with you guys yesterday!!

Most likely closed due to lack of business. The highway in front of it was replaced by a new 4 lane highway so most traffic did not come by there. The family who owned the property had other business interests. I knew the older members of the family.
Really neat pictures! Why do you think they closed it?
