Garrett Memorial Presbyterian Church

Garrett Memorial Presbyterian Church

City/Town:
Location Class:
Built: 1930's | Abandoned: 2013
Status: Abandoned
Photojournalist: Michael SchwarzEddy Sisson

Located in Snowball Arkansas, this old church was also used as a small community building when services weren’t held on Sundays.  Today the church sits empty and abandoned. As of 2014, the town of Snowball was slowly cleaning out the old structure with the hope of one day bringing it back to life.

An old house also resides next to the church. This house looks to have been constructed with the same design as the Old Snowball School and has been abandoned longer than Garrett Church.

Any additional information about this church would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to email us at board@abandonedatlas.com with any information. You can also message us on Facebook.

I hope they restore it and save all the old, beautiful woodwork!
